Janus and Bellona
Janus was the god of time, doorways, beginnings and endings. One of his faces looks back into the past while the other looks into the future.
Bellona was the Roman equivalent of the greek goddess Enyo, sister of Ares and as warlike. Bellona (as Enyo) sowed chaos and destruction in Troy after the Greeks were able to get inside the walls of the city.
